About FairWinds
Who publishes FairWinds, how professionals are checked, and what the platform never does.
FairWinds is published by NextFabrique. The site connects yacht owners with professionals in the industry, and nothing else.
What the platform does
It lists companies, checks their existence, registration and insurance certificate on a stated date, and carries a request to the relevant professionals.
What it never does
- It is never a party to the work, nor an agent of either side.
- It never holds funds and takes no part in any payment between an owner and a professional.
- It acts neither as a broker, nor an insurer, nor an escrow agent.
- The verification badge certifies a documentary check on a given date. It never guarantees the quality of any work.
