Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS)

The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) is, by exhibition space and exhibitor count, the largest boat show in the world. Each year in late October it brings together several thousand boats, from outboards to superyachts, spread across multiple sites linked by water taxis along the New River and the Intracoastal Waterway in Florida.

For the European and Mediterranean market, FLIBS is the reference barometer for the US market, often ahead of the European season on propulsion and interior-design trends. It is also a meeting point for brokers active on both sides of the Atlantic, several of whom appear in the FairWinds directory through their Mediterranean offices.
