Les Nauticales

Every spring for more than twenty years, La Ciotat has hosted Les Nauticales, the largest in-water boat show in the south of France. The event brings together more than 200 boats, around a hundred of which are presented directly on the water, alongside roughly a hundred exhibitors from across the industry: sailing, motorboats, catamarans, RIBs and electric propulsion. Organized by the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropole with the participation of the newspaper La Provence, which has led its organization for the past five years, the show comes with an expanded program (the Mediterranean Area, Parlons Mer talks, a water-sports trial zone, and youth activities) that goes beyond a purely commercial event to address the future of the Mediterranean Sea. The 2026 edition, its 23rd, runs from 14 to 19 April at the Port des Capucins and welcomes sailor Isabelle Autissier, honorary president of WWF France, as its godmother. Around 20,000 visitors are expected.
