French Olympic Sailing Week

Held every year in late April by the Fédération Française de Voile in Hyères bay, the Semaine Olympique Française brings together the world's top crews across the Olympic sailing classes: 470, 49er, 49erFX, Nacra 17, ILCA 6, ILCA 7, Formula Kite and Windfoil. In 2026 the event reaches its 57th edition, which the FFVoile describes as more than fifty years of hosting the best Olympic sailors at Hyères.

For yachting professionals and technical teams present in Hyères, this week concentrates the highest level of Olympic dinghy and foiling sailing each spring, drawing national teams, coaches and logistics crews to the bay and its shore facilities. It is an annual reference point for anything related to hosting competitive sailing fleets at this Var marina.
