Founded in 2023 by Marie-Sophie Guevel at Brest's commercial port, this micro-distillery focuses on small-batch, reasoned production using local and/or organic ingredients. According to Brest metropole's tourist office, it is the city's first craft distillery. While standard tours run in July-August, private tours and tastings are available year-round on direct booking.
