The Theo Capelle cider house is located on Route des Pressoirs in Sotteville, in the Cotentin peninsula, about twenty minutes from Cherbourg. Founded by Theo Capelle, it is now run by its third generation (Ludovic, then Theo junior, currently training in oenology). The cider house offers a private tour of about ninety minutes (film, Calvados cellar, tasting) for groups of 1 to 45 people, by direct reservation with the family.
