The Tirepoil path runs the full length of the Cap d'Antibes headland, between Garoupe beach and the Anse de l'Argent Faux. The route alternates between improved sections and rockier, more technical stretches, with several intermediate access points allowing the walk to be shortened depending on available time. The view over the Baie des Anges, and on a clear day as far as Corsica, makes it one of the most sought-after viewpoints on the Riviera. Access is possible either on foot from Port Vauban (about a 25-minute walk to the start of the path) or by dinghy for those wishing to reach one of the coves directly. No booking is needed; the main real constraint is caution on the rocky stretches in rough seas, as the path runs very close to the water in places.
