According to Rebak Island Resort, the rock is said to contain 300-million-year-old fossils, and a sea cave on the site is said to have formed through erosion during the Jurassic period. The activity is organised directly by the resort's Recreation team, equipment provided, minimum group of two adults. A walk and geological discovery reachable on foot from the anchorage, on an island that remains closed to outside visitors.
