Aeroconcept is based in the Eygreteau industrial estate in Coutras, in the Gironde, around thirty minutes from Bordeaux. The company designs and manufactures its own surface treatment machines, distributes abrasives and related equipment, and applies its expertise to stripping, cleaning and surface preparation, including boat hulls. It delivers throughout France.

In the marine field, dry abrasive blasting projects a natural abrasive at very low pressure to remove built-up antifouling layers without damaging the substrate. The process protects the gelcoat and the laminate, uses no chemicals and can be carried out in dry dock or at the harbour. Wet abrasive blasting completes the range with a gentler approach suited to fragile substrates. Glass fibre, polyester and aluminium hulls are treated, along with metal parts, on cruising sailing yachts, motor launches, professional fishing boats, RIBs and large yachts.

Manufacturing is carried out entirely in France. The blasting units are built on a 4 mm reinforced steel chassis, with galvanised steel pipework resistant to wear and corrosion, precise abrasive flow regulation, in suction or pressure versions and with tanks from 15 to 60 litres. The range includes the ACX 15 SOFT model, mobile SKID units combining compressor, tank, hose reels and accessories, a motorised SHAM wet blasting SKID, and bespoke machines. The abrasives offered cover bicarbonate, garnet and aluminium silicate, alongside accessories, personal protective equipment and compressed air and air treatment solutions.

Aeroconcept also offers equipment rental as a complete pack bringing together the blasting unit, air cooler, hoses and compressor, with a start-up assistance option for first-time users. Equipment maintenance and operator training for safe and efficient use round out the offer. The equipment is stated to comply with European pressure equipment directive 2014/68/EU and carries a five-year warranty.
