Azur Skippers is a maritime labour supply company based in Toulon, at 236 avenue de Bourgogne. It presents itself as approved for maritime labour supply and registered as a shipowner with the Toulon Maritime Affairs office, and operates within the framework of French maritime labour regulations. Its activity covers the whole Mediterranean coastline, with departures offered from Marseille, Toulon, Hyères, Le Lavandou, Saint-Tropez and Cannes, and the company holds berths in Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer.

Crew enrolment and placement are the core business. Azur Skippers places captains holding 200, 500 and 3000 GT certificates, engineers rated 750 kW and 3000 kW, deckhands, cooks and service and hospitality staff, aboard motor yachts as well as sailing yachts. All skippers and crews offered are certified merchant navy professionals.

For owners, the company takes charge of the administrative side of maritime employment. It handles the enrolment of crews already in place who do not yet hold official seafarer status, together with the associated formalities with ENIM, the French seafarers' social security scheme. The offer also includes yacht delivery to any destination, from the south of France to the rest of the world, navigation assistance, commissioning and handover after delivery of the boat, as well as vessel management and maintenance, marketing and charter placement.

For seafarers, applications are sent by email with a complete file: a curriculum vitae in French, a valid certificate of medical fitness issued by a seafarers' doctor, licences and diplomas, the professional seafarer's record book, identity documents and bank details. Azur Skippers rounds out its activity with boating services for individuals and companies: private sea outings, boat and yacht charter, big game fishing and events on board, from team building and seminars to weddings and photo shoots.
