DeckSide Yacht Services Brokerage has been established since 2004 at the port of Mandelieu-La Napoule, 233 avenue Henry Clews, with an office on the quay and a mobile technical team covering nearby ports. The firm combines brokerage with yacht services, which lets it follow a boat from the sale through to its routine upkeep.

In brokerage it works across brands and offers sellers a complete package: inspection and photo shoot, pricing against the real market, open or central listing with digital distribution and window display, viewings attended by a dedicated salesperson and a systematic report back to the owner. For buyers, it runs active tailored searches backed by its partner network. It is also the exclusive French dealer for Outer Reef Yachts, across the Classic, Trident, Adventure and Adventure ASV ranges.

DeckSide also sources and sells berths, primarily at Mandelieu-La Napoule and more broadly across the Alpes-Maritimes and the Var, with advice on annual charges, entry fees and related taxes.

Its services division covers afloat guardianage with a precise checklist at every visit (shore power and batteries, engine levels, bilge, water system, air conditioning and refrigeration, engine and generator start-up, lines and fenders), antifouling and polishing with haul-out booking and delivery both ways, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic maintenance through a network of trades, cleaning and post-charter turnaround, deliveries, plus a partner car park in Antibes.
