Provence Yacht Services

Provence Yacht Services is a yacht agency dedicated to yachts, superyachts and shipyards, based at Port Pin Rolland, RN18, in Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer in the Var. The agency places responsiveness at the heart of its commitment and states its aim of providing clients with the highest standard of service. A mobile number is reachable seven days a week, alongside the office landline.

The port agency side covers every requirement of a port call and of vessel assistance: safety and sanitation certificates, customs formalities, visas, freight forwarding, provisioning, banking, medical assistance, laundry and dry cleaning, sewing and embroidery, stationery and supplies, bunkering, flower arrangements, berth arrangements and garbage collection.

A second range of services is aimed directly at crew, owners and their guests: mail box, accommodation, internet access, rental vehicles, flight tickets, crew transport and taxis, beauticians, hairdressers and masseurs, restaurant and night-out reservations, excursions, gastronomic weekends and skiing breaks.

The business is built on two locations. The main office covers the Toulon area, a major commercial port between Marseille and Saint-Tropez that welcomes yachts of all sizes both downtown and in La Seyne-sur-Mer. There the team supports off-season periods, preparation for the coming season, preparation for ocean crossings, and owner and guest visits. The second location is in La Ciotat, where the growth of the yard created a need for services, logistics and assistance during yard periods. A former naval yard, the site offers facilities suited to vessels of any size and especially to large sailing yachts.

This La Ciotat presence grew out of a partnership between two well-known and established ship agents, Christian Cuadra and Catalano Shipping Services, who joined forces to structure yacht assistance on site. Combining port agency work, logistics and concierge services, Provence Yacht Services positions itself as a single point of contact for a yacht calling, in refit or preparing for the season along the Var coast.
