Ulysse Marine Solutions is a naval architecture and engineering practice founded in 2023 by naval architect Thomas Boulay. The official website lists six services: feasibility study, preliminary design study, design and build study, stability study, conversion study, and entry into service and certification. The practice prepares stability files for new and existing vessels in line with flag and classification society standards, and supports repowering or equipment modification projects, such as stabilisers or cranes, through to certification of the works with the notified body. Its clients are shipowners, brokers, shipyards and other engineering offices. Thomas Boulay previously worked at the Monaco Marine yard in La Ciotat, studied naval architecture at the Nantes school of architecture, then worked at De Voogt Naval Architects, the design office of the Feadship group, and at Mer et Design.
