Fraser is a house founded in 1947 in California, today part of the MarineMax superyacht division, with its Monaco office at 2 Quai Antoine 1er on Port Hercules. That office brings together sales and charter brokers, yacht managers, technical superintendents, safety managers and a marketing team, within an international network of offices across Europe, the United States, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.
On the sales side, Fraser runs the full campaign: market evaluation supported by its own intelligence desk, professional photography and video, multichannel distribution, presence at the major boat shows, then negotiation and coordination of sea trials and surveys through to closing. For buyers, a structured six-step path runs from defining the cruising project to putting the yacht into service. The firm also handles berth sales.
Charter, delivered by one of the largest teams in the industry, covers private charters, corporate charters and events, with worldwide coverage from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean, South East Asia, the South Pacific and polar latitudes. For owners, charter management optimises the calendar and rates, screens clients, handles contracts and finances and provides regular reporting.
Fleet management relies on a dedicated team drawn from yachting, shipping and classification societies, spread across Monaco, Fort Lauderdale, Athens, Viareggio and Palma: safety management (bespoke systems, ISM, ISPS and MLC expertise, documents of compliance covering many flag states, assistance with registration and classification), technical management, crew management, accounting and reporting, insurance management and project management. Fraser also runs new build and refit projects with a permanent presence at the yard, and operates its own recruitment agency, The Crew Network, founded in 1989, alongside MLC-compliant crew administration and training support. Its FUTURE environmental programme and partnerships (Plastic Oceans, Eyesea) complete the picture.
