Monaco Équipage is a yacht crew recruitment agency anchored in the Principality of Monaco since 1994, representing more than thirty years serving the yachting industry. The office is located at Port de Fontvieille, 30 quai Jean-Charles Rey. The agency presents itself as Monaco's reference for selective professional crew placement and highlights three service values: confidentiality, efficiency and a passion for high-quality service. It works on both sailing and motor yachts, in private and charter use.

Recruitment covers every category on board: navigation, engineering, deck, galley and interior. Positions handled include captain, chief engineer, engineer, electronic and AV/IT engineer, chief officer, mate, deck officer, bosun, deckhand, head chef, crew chef, chief steward or stewardess, steward or stewardess, purser, masseuse and nanny. Placements may be permanent, seasonal, temporary or for emergency cover.

For owners, captains and managers, the agency positions itself as a recruitment partner: it identifies and selects the profiles matching the requirement, then presents a shortlist so that clients do not have to work through unnecessary volumes of applications. Every candidate is personally interviewed before being put forward. The candidate database spans more than 80 nationalities and the agency states that it has supplied crew on yachts from 60 feet to over 400 feet. In keeping with long-term client relationships, a free warranted trial period is offered together with a replacement guarantee. A request submitted through the dedicated form goes straight to the agent in charge of recruitment, who comes back to the client within 24 hours to define the exact need.

Crew can register in three ways: in person at the Monaco office, online through the registration form, or by email with a CV, passport, diplomas, certificates and references. The online profile gives access to a candidate dashboard for updating details, uploading a CV and applying to the vacancies published on the site, with tracking of applications sent. A frequently asked questions section details each step, from creating the profile to applying for a position.

The website's terms and conditions are drawn up in accordance with the Monegasque Labour Code. The agency can be reached by phone and by email, with a dedicated address for crew and a general address for other enquiries.
