Simonazzi Consulting & Yacht Solutions is a company specialising in yachts and megayachts, founded in Genoa in 1996 by Claudio Simonazzi. Initially focused on brokerage, it broadened its scope and moved its head office to Monaco in 2012. It is now based at 3 avenue Saint-Charles, MC 98000 Monte-Carlo, and offers tailored solutions, in English, Italian and French.

The agency division supports owners, captains and brokers 24/7: berth bookings, clearance and arrival formalities, canal transits, assistance to the captain with itineraries, the appointment of local agents worldwide, customs declarations, visa and immigration services, cash to master and APA transfers.

The concierge and transport side brings together hotel and restaurant bookings, laundry, flower arrangements, telephony, television and internet, VIP ticketing and security. It also covers limousine, helicopter, private jet, luxury and sports car rental, flight ticketing and chartering, as well as a mailbox service, express shipments and storage.

Technical assistance covers garbage collection, grey and black water pumping, mooring and anchorage, maintenance of submerged parts, the coordination of technical interventions worldwide, the selection of vendors and shipyards together with the captain, and spare parts. Yacht management covers financial management through separate accounts, the annual budget, periodic reports and the payment of invoices, crew administration and payroll with MLC compliant contracts, and ISM and ISPS compliance: the manual kept in line with IMO legislation, flag inspections and a DPA available 24/7.

The technical department, supported by selected partners and shipyards, manages refit and repair: structural modifications, hull sandblasting, interior design, furnishing restyling, mechanical and plumbing works, navigation and entertainment equipment. For new building, it assists the client from the drawing to the inaugural cruise. Provisioning offers a wide catalogue of food and beverage products, both local and imported. Simonazzi is a founder member of the Cluster Yachting Monaco, and its principal a member of the Yacht Club of Monaco.
