YACHTZOO opened its head office in Monaco in 2007, at 9 avenue d'Ostende close to Port Hercules, and today relies on five offices across four continents (Monaco, Fort Lauderdale, London, Kobe and Dubai) and around thirty professionals: sales and charter brokers, technical managers, crew and accounting staff. The firm is led by three partners and puts integrity, discretion and attention to detail at the centre of its approach.
Sales cover superyachts, motor yachts, explorer yachts, sailing yachts and catamarans, with access to off-market opportunities, and extend into standalone product lines rarely handled elsewhere: tenders and chase boats, day boats and onboard water toys.
Charter is organised by size bracket, from yachts under thirty metres to above eighty metres, with worldwide coverage including the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, the Americas, Northern Europe, Asia and the Indian Ocean, the Middle East, the South Pacific and expedition destinations such as Greenland and Antarctica. For owners, charter management draws on an in-house marketing team, the worldwide broker network, a competitive rate strategy and day-to-day operational handling.
The management division is Document of Compliance certified with the major flag states and includes naval architects and engineers. It covers financial administration (budget, bank accounts, invoice control, accounting and reporting), technical and refit work (planned maintenance, yard supervision, warranties), safety and security (ISM, ISPS, flag compliance, audits and procedures), crew administration (supervised recruitment, reference and certificate checks, monthly payroll), insurance management through to claims handling, and logistical support (communications, bunkering, crew travel, berths).
YACHTZOO also supports new build projects from concept to delivery, with references at leading international shipyards, and runs a berth sales and long-term rental activity on the French Riviera, in Italy, Spain and Montenegro. It documents seven professional memberships (IYBA, MYBA, LYBRA, APSA, ECPY, Cluster Yachting Monaco and MCYA) and accepts payment in cryptocurrency.
