YPI is a yachting house founded in 1972, whose Monaco office occupies the 11th floor of Le Panorama, 57 rue Grimaldi, alongside a London office. The firm supports owners across the whole life cycle of a yacht and reports client relationships spanning more than twenty-five years.

On the transaction side, YPI acts as central agent for both sales and purchases, with a dedicated sailing division and an in-house creative team (copywriting, design, video, brochures, boat shows) plus regular marketing reporting to the seller. For new builds, it selects the shipyard, negotiates the contract independently of the builders, coordinates naval architects and designers, supervises construction on site and handles commissioning through to crew training.

Charter covers crewed holidays, expedition itineraries (Antarctica, Galapagos, French Polynesia, Norwegian fjords) and charter management for owners, including client screening, rate negotiation and the balance between private use and revenue. The management division brings together daily operations, finance and accounting (dedicated accounts, real-time budget visibility), crew management (recruitment, payroll, contributions, training), onboard health and hygiene, safety and security (a safety management system approved by major flag administrations, ISM, ISPS and MLC 2006 compliance, 24/7 response), refit project management and insurance, supported by dedicated platforms (Assure, DEEP Blue, Voly). A Client Experience team handles port formalities, provisioning, logistics and onboard experiences.

YPI also runs a structured environmental programme (carbon measurement, the Clear Ocean Pact against single-use plastic, per-yacht sustainability plans) and a recruitment arm, YPI CREW, founded in Antibes in 2002, MLC 2006 registered and audited by Lloyd's Register.
