Simpson Marine was founded in 1984 in Hong Kong by Mike Simpson under the name Yacht and Junk Charters, and was acquired by the Sanlorenzo Group in 2024. The Malaysian office, based at the Admiral Cove Marina Club in Port Dickson and represented by Simon Theseira, offers brokerage, yacht management and care, after-sales service, charter, and specifically a registration service under the Langkawi International Yacht Registry, taken here as evidence of genuine practice in the Langkawi zone.
