History
La Rochelle Nautique was created in 2021 from the merger of the Société des Régates Rochelaises (SRR), a sailing club founded in 1860, and the École de Voile Rochelaise (EVR) sailing school. Based at Port des Minimes, one of Europe's largest marinas, the club offers sailing courses and camps for all ages, competitive and cruising sailing, and a Yacht Club social space. Under the SRR name, the club has historically organized the Semaine Olympique Française de La Rochelle, an international regatta on the EUROSAF Champions Sailing Cup circuit that gathers crews from many nations. Founded before 1900 and still active in its merged form, La Rochelle Nautique remains one of the historic institutions of sailing in La Rochelle.
Flagship events
