The Loro Piana Giraglia (formerly the Giraglia Rolex Cup, renamed after Loro Piana became title sponsor in 2024) is one of the oldest offshore races in the Mediterranean, jointly organised by the Société Nautique de Saint-Tropez and the Yacht Club Italiano. The programme runs in two stages: inshore races in the Bay of Saint-Tropez, followed by an offshore leg of about 240 nautical miles around the rocky Giraglia islet north of Corsica, finishing in Genoa.

The race brings together monohulls of every type, from production yachts to racing maxis, making Saint-Tropez a mandatory stop for provisioning, rigging and technical assistance in June, just ahead of the peak summer charter season.
