Thailand Boat Festival

Launched in 2024 by organiser M Vision Public Company Limited, the Thailand Boat Festival presents itself not simply as a boat show but as a catalyst for Thailand's "Festival Economy" strategy. The first edition, in 2024, was held at Yacht Haven Marina, another port in the Phuket cluster; from its second edition in 2026, the festival moved to Phuket Boat Lagoon with 44 yachts on show, fully booked according to the official site; the third edition, announced for January 2027 at the same venue, is targeting more than 60 yachts. The programme includes sea trials, a yacht exhibition, an industry forum, an opening gala evening, a local seafood dining area, marine art installations, a family zone and a coral restoration initiative. New for 2027: the inaugural "Thailand Boating Award", recognising achievements in yachting, marine services and maritime innovation across Southeast Asia, in partnership with Asia-Pacific Boating Magazine. The event explicitly targets a wealthy clientele from Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, Europe and Australia.

Editions
