Château de Rey, a family-run wine estate right in Canet-en-Roussillon on the edge of the lagoon, has been farmed by the same family for five generations. Its current winemaker, Rémi Sisqueille, began converting the estate to organic farming more than ten years ago. The estate can be visited Monday to Friday 10am-12pm and 3pm-6pm, Saturday 10am-12pm, and by appointment outside these hours.
