Private hire of La Degust', L'Huitre DoRe

A tasting cabin at the heart of an oyster farming estate on Ile de Re, available for private hire for a meal, an evening or a full weekend.

L'Huitre DoRe describes itself as the first high-end oyster produced on the Domaine du Grand Garcon, founded by Francois-Eric Vauchez and Sebastien. Vauchez also co-founded the company behind the patented "Roll'Oyster" technology (filed 2018), which speeds oyster growth through continuous rolling. The tasting cabin "La Degust'", set among the oyster beds, can be hired in full from Friday 5pm to Monday 8am, for a meal, a day or a whole weekend.
