Wine tasting in the Porquerolles vineyards

On the island of Porquerolles, an island vineyard offers tastings by reservation, in small groups, reached on foot or by bike from the landing stage.

Porquerolles is home to the only appellation vineyard on an island off the French Mediterranean coast, alongside two smaller estates. Vineyard visits run by reservation, usually in late morning or mid-afternoon, in small groups rather than an organised tourist flow.

The island is closed to private cars: the road through the vines from the village landing stage is covered on foot or by bike, which makes the walk itself part of the outing. The tasting covers the estate's rosés and whites, usually alongside a short presentation of the terroir and of growing vines on an island. FairWinds sets neither a date nor a price for this visit: the tailor-made request only passes on the intent and the constraints of the stopover.
