Just Provisions is a dedicated yacht provisioning company whose office is located at 11 rue Saige in Monaco. It states more than a decade of activity and sets out to provide everything needed to satisfy the diverse needs of guests and crew on board, combining ultimate luxury with quality essentials.

Guest provisioning is built on sourcing and supplying the best possible produce, with a range of items and ingredients from suppliers the company knows and trusts, delivered wherever the yacht happens to be. Crew provisioning, designed for larger vessels, meets onboard catering needs while keeping costs under control. The company also offers access to sought-after items that are difficult to source.

The offer includes a dedicated consultancy for wine, champagne and spirits, along with chalet and villa provisioning, which extends the service ashore. An export activity draws on extensive experience of shipping food worldwide, from hubs in Paris, London and Amsterdam, covering fresh produce, dry store and wine cellar with no limit on quantity. A product catalogue and online store access complete the offer.

Logistics are handled in-house. All products coming through the warehouse are checked for conformity and quantity, then packed in reusable plastic crates labelled by destination on board, interior or galley, guests or crew, to make onboarding easier. The warehouse complies with food safety regulations and applies a full HACCP plan: cold chain management from receipt through shipment, product traceability, expiry date monitoring and retention of documentation for three years to support client audits. The vehicle fleet has temperature-controlled compartments with several zones, allowing dry, fresh and frozen goods to travel at once, the largest vehicle carrying ten tonnes, around eighteen pallets.

Deliveries cover Europe as well as Turkey and Gibraltar, with options adapted to demanding schedules. In Monaco, the service reaches Port Hercule, Fontvieille and Cap-d'Ail. Just Provisions also highlights consumption analysis to help clients plan their budgets, and an environmental policy based on reusable packaging, sea-safe cleaning products and local sourcing wherever possible.
