Thailand 52 SUPER SERIES Sailing Week

Ocean Marina Jomtien · Early February

In July 2026, the 52 SUPER SERIES, the international grand prix circuit for TP52 monohulls, announced its first ever Asian stop since the circuit's creation: the Thailand 52 SUPER SERIES Sailing Week, hosted at Ocean Marina Jomtien (Gulf of Thailand) under the flag of the Royal Varuna Yacht Club, from February 8 to 13, 2027. The marina will also host the Rolex TP52 World Championship from March 18 to 23, 2027, the class's first ever world championship held in Asia (a distinct event on the circuit, not listed as a separate series here). According to the official release, this double stop reflects the circuit's goal of racing outside Europe every other year, made possible by Thailand's Whitcraft family, who have campaigned the Thai flagged yacht Vayu for five years. Her Majesty Queen Suthida of Thailand, who raced aboard Vayu at the 2024 Puerto Portals event, is expected to take part during the circuit's first visit to Thailand.
