Ocean Marina Jomtien

Na Jomtien, Chonburi, TH

The port

Established in 1989 in Na Jomtien (Sattahip district, Chonburi province), Ocean Marina Jomtien is Southeast Asia's largest marina and the only international-standard marina on the Gulf of Thailand's east coast, with over 450 berths and two Marine Travelifts lifting up to 75 tonnes.

Established in 1989 in Na Jomtien, Sattahip district (Chonburi province), Ocean Marina Jomtien describes itself on its official website as the only international-standard marina located on the Gulf of Thailand's east coast, making it the gateway to yachting on the Gulf side of the country, as opposed to the Andaman coast around Phuket where FairWinds' four other Thai ports are clustered. The marina today counts over 450 floating berths spread across eleven piers (A to M), protected by a double-protection wave breaker, plus a hardstand and trailer storage area for up to 200 boats. Its largest pier (Pier M) accommodates vessels up to 65 metres; two Marine Travelifts (25 and 75 tonnes), imported from the United States, handle haul-outs for the largest yachts. Diesel and unleaded fuel and metered water are available at every pier, alongside power outlets ranging from 16 to 250 amp three-phase depending on location. Ocean Marina Jomtien won the "Best Marina Berth Facilities in Thailand" award at the January 2024 Robb Report Thailand Best of the Best Yachting Awards, after what its own release called "our biggest year yet welcoming a record number of superyachts" in 2023. The marina also hosted, from 2005, the Top of the Gulf Regatta, one of the region's leading regattas.
