Above Garavan, the estate occupies terraces held between the sea and the mountains. The Gannac family farms some thirty organic citrus species and varieties here, from the Menton IGP lemon to yuzu, kumquat and clementine. The protected geographical indication covers only Menton, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Castellar, Gorbio and Sainte-Agnes, within seven kilometres of the shore and below 390 metres of altitude. The official specification states that picking takes place throughout the year, following the ripening of the fruit.
The visit leads through the orchard, retraces the history of the Menton lemon and closes with a tasting of the estate's own production (jams, syrups, liqueurs). Fully private formats exist, in a short version or across a full day, and the presence of a member of the Gannac family can be requested to accompany the group. Access is by road from the centre of Menton.
