Dubai Marina is the waterway run by the Dubai Marina Yacht Club in the heart of the Dubai Marina district, United Arab Emirates. According to the club's official website, the marina offers secure, sheltered berthing for over 550 yachts, with 24-hour dock hand assistance for private berth holders. It is presented as a 5 Gold Anchor marina, a member of THE YACHT HARBOUR Association and certified International Clean Marina. The site names five berthing areas: East Marina, Marina Promenade, Marina Mall, Club House Marina and West Bay Marina. The office is open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 6 pm and at weekends from 7 am to 4 pm; berth requests go through +971 4 362 7900 or info@dubaimarinayachtclub.com. According to Seabreeze (December 2008), the club opened by Emaar Hospitality Group was then described as the first marine club in Emaar's portfolio, with a private marina of 116 berths and the ambition to eventually serve over 500 yachts from 10 to 35 m along a 3.5 km canal. The most pleasant period for a call runs from October to April, before the heat of the Gulf summer.
