The house looks over the bay of Gigaro, on the edge of the protected Cap Lardier estate, along a shoreline kept free of development. It is rated five stars and belongs to The Leading Hotels of the World. The interiors play on contrasts, polished marble against raw concrete, exotic woods against natural leather.
At its centre is the Shape Club, built on three axes: nutritional gastronomy developed with the nutritionist Jacques Fricker, personalised treatments, and indoor and outdoor sport. Programmes address weight loss, detoxification, athletic performance and longevity. Three Mediterranean restaurants complete the picture, supplied by the kitchen garden and local producers. The house operates year-round, which makes it a relevant stop ashore outside the summer, for a crew or for guests passing through the gulf.
