Marina of the Sanctuary Cove residential resort on Queensland's Gold Coast, with 481 berths and room for superyachts up to 150 ft.

Sanctuary Cove Marina is located at Hope Island on Queensland's Gold Coast, Australia, inside a gated residential community. According to the official website, it has 481 berths, from jet skis to superyachts up to 150 ft (about 45.7 m), with three berthing categories: casual and day visitors, permanent berths and superyacht berths. Every berth has metered shore power (15 A, three-phase for larger vessels). The fuel wharf is open 24 hours a day, with fast-flow diesel and premium unleaded. The marina has 24-hour CCTV, a helipad available by booking and fob-controlled access. For refit and maintenance, the website points to the nearby Gold Coast Marine Precinct. The site cites Platinum Gold Anchor status, Superyacht Ready status and Level 3 Clean Marina accreditation. The harbour master's office is on G Pier, above the fuel dock. Draft, VHF channel, customs formalities and haul-out capacity are not detailed by the official website.

History: according to Wikipedia, the Sanctuary Cove project was launched in 1986 by developer Mike Gore and the community opened in 1988, with the first Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show held the same year. According to Afloat magazine (2019), Mulpha, owner of the marina, enlarged the basin with covered berths, described as the first in Australia's recreational marina industry.
