The Chateau des Terrasses stands on avenue du 3 septembre in Cap-d'Ail, a few hundred metres from the Monaco border. A Belle Epoque villa turned municipal cultural venue, it offers around a thousand square metres of exhibition and performance space, in a bright volume open to the Mediterranean. The commune programmes painting, sculpture and photography exhibitions there, along with concerts.
The municipality makes the ground floor, the first floor and the gardens available for hire, for conferences, corporate operations or private receptions. Requests are handled by the town hall's services. No seasonal restriction is published. For a shore call, its interest lies in the immediate proximity of the Cap-d'Ail coastline and its coves, and in the possibility of a closed event away from Monaco's density while remaining within reach of the Principality.
