Leading Eastern Caribbean marina in Saint Lucia, managed by IGY Marinas, official finish line of the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC) since 1990, with 253 berths including 32 dedicated to megayachts.
Rodney Bay Marina, part of the IGY Marinas network, offers 253 berths including 32 dedicated megayacht berths, a maximum LOA of 86.8 metres (285 feet), a maximum draft of 3.9 metres (13 feet) and a maximum beam of 18.3 metres (60 feet). The marina provides a high-speed fuel dock, water provisioning, wifi, private shower facilities and a full-service boatyard with a 75-tonne travelift. The Immigration Department is based on site, with advance reservations recommended (crew and passenger lists, clearance from the previous port, passports, ship's registry documents).
Since 1990, Rodney Bay Marina has been the official finish line of the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC), the transatlantic crossing organised every year since 1986 by the World Cruising Club from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Canary Islands). The rally originally finished in Barbados before its arrival moved to Rodney Bay in 1990, where it has taken place every year since: each late November, several hundred yachts from dozens of countries complete a crossing of around 2,700 nautical miles.
